There are two things developed in this organization: namely, at the association level and at the secretariat or office level.

• At the association level , it focuses on strengthening membership and enhancing the vision, mission, and strategy of KAPAL Perempuan as part of the social and women’s movements. 
• At the secretariat or office level, the goal is to develop organizational management that provides public services capable of addressing needs quickly, accountably, and transparently for the internal KAPAL Perempuan and the wider community. Some activities carried out include developing a publicly accessible library, documenting through the Management Information System (MIS), fostering public relations and networks, and providing support for organizational capacity development by facilitating strategic planning, training, documentation courses, finance, writing, and strengthening the perspective of gender justice.
